We can’t believe it’s almost the end of January 2019. What an exciting start of the year it’s been already!
We are happy to announce the launch of our new 2019 Activity’s Guide. It is bursting with ideas, tips and great local activities no matter what the weather!
The guide has a focus on providing inspiration for happiness and wellness for all our young people (and adults!) at Arronbeth. Science tells us that when we feel happy, exercise and we learn something new, we can help protect our heart, fight off bugs, combat stress and even improve our memory!
Flick through the guide and lace up your boots to see what amazing things are out there! Do you want to learn something new? Then get to a castle, cave or museum. Are you feeling arty? Come look at the art galleries and sculpture parks. Do you want to exercise, but don’t know? Look at our fitness and sports section on page 5 for some really different ideas! If that’s not enough, we also provide ideas for leisure and hobbies that can help build friendship groups in different places!
